We will endeavour to ship your order within 2 business days of purchase via Posten/Bring. You will receive a tracking code via email as soon as the item is on its way.

Norway: Free shipping, delivery time 4-6 business days (All Taxes and Duties Included)

UK & Ireland: 350Nok/€30, delivery time 8-11 business days

Europe: 350Nok/€30, delivery time 8-11 business days

Rest of the world: 400Nok/€35, delivery time 8-11 business days

Please note that international delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties that may be applied by customs in the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. In accordance with Norwegian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items. If the recipient refuses to pay taxes and duties, the item(s) will be returned to sender and the order will be refunded, excluding the return and original shipping fees.

Please enter your shipping address correctly, as we cannot change address details once your order has been received and dispatched. You will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is lost, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the postal service. Replacements or refunds will not be given for products lost or damaged in transit.
