Returns & Refunds

We are confident you will love your play mat, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that it has been received. After inspection, we will inform you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your card issuer’s policies.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
